The survey examined a wide range of criteria, including the scale and quality of the workforce, education,cost, infrastructure, risk profile and quality of life. As the highlighted during the first day of the eService conference in Manila, several cities in the Philippines that will remain top choices for the outsources as the country still one of the largest pools of English speaking talent. The Philippines is being regarded to have a language advanatge as outsourcing expands into more areas other than a call centers and software related services. The countries are like China and Brazil are being hyped as low-cost outsourcing destinations that they are inferior to the Philippines in terms of the English fluency.
The another city worth mentioning which is also among the top outsourcing destinations. The city became popular with the outsourcing companies due to the support of the local government, the world class infrastructure and the large workforce. The Quezon City has well-networked through fares and mass transit system and its virtual highways are likewise efficiently interconnected.
